MTAX

The MTAX Preparation allows clients of MTAX to receive SMS messages related to their tax preparation services. Messages may include responses to client questions, requests for documents, appointment reminders, and updates related to tax return preparation.

SMS communication is only used when a client chooses SMS as a preferred contact method or sends a message requesting assistance.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you wish to rejoin the program, you may contact us again through our website or submit a new intake form.
