About MTAX

MTAX is a tax preparation service operated by LARDWY LLC, a Texas-registered business. MTAX focuses on helping individuals and small business owners prepare and file their tax returns while maximizing refunds or resolving outstanding tax liabilities when possible.

The service was created by Michael Figures and associates, who have previously assisted clients with federal and state tax preparation. Many MTAX clients come through referrals or are returning clients who have worked with our preparers in the past.

To streamline the preparation process, MTAX uses automation tools and workflow agents to assist with tasks such as document collection, reminders, and communication. These tools help speed up the preparation process while all tax returns are still reviewed by a human preparer before filing.

Most services are handled through text messaging and email, which allows clients to quickly submit documents, ask questions, and receive updates regarding their tax return preparation. Phone calls are also available when necessary.

MTAX primarily serves clients through referrals and returning customers, but new clients are always welcome.
